Hi Ryan -

 

I want to extend a sincere thank you for all of your help in the process of buying my Jeep.  The prospect of maneuvering my Miata on Highway 26 in the upcoming winter was frightening, and now I feel secure that my Jeep will get me through anything the weather should throw at me.

 

You made the entire process quick and painless....test drive Thursday, take home my truck Tuesday!  You answered all of my questions and your pleasant character put me at ease immediately.

 

I would not hesitate to refer you to my friends and colleagues and will definitely head to Lafreniere when the time comes to purchase another vehicle.

Hi Ryan,  Just a quick note to tell you how we keep finding Lafreniere to be the best, easiest and friendlist place to buy and care for a car. The thought of buying a new car used to fill me with dread and stress and I would put if off and procrastinate. Since meeting you and buying our GMC there, I know car buying doesn't have to be stressful or difficult. Your help with financing the car for my daughter and making everything so easy was amazing.  I know that sounds like a commercial but it's true! Yesterday we brought the car in for a "popping" sound that two other garages couldn't find - (the only reaon we didn't come directly to you is that you are over and hour away from us). Your mechanics found it, fixed it and explained what the noise was from and how to avoid it again in the future, they even washed the car before they gave it back!  Ken in service was wonderful and the whole experience makes dealing with cars actually enjoyable instead of stressful. Thank you to everyone we have dealt with for my daughter's Terrain.  We decided that we never need to buy a car anywhere else and now understand why so many cars have a Lafreniere sticker on the back.  Your sales and service are both super and finding customer service like you have there is impossible. Just wanted to thank your service dept. for the awesome job they did when I dropped off my truck yesterday for an interior cleaning. The grungy steering wheel, filthy dash, dust-ridden upholstery, and dirt encrusted floor mats were so disgusting that I couldn't even begin to think of tackling the job myself. Kent not only tackled it, he toppled it! What an amazing job!

Good Day Danielle,

   I just want to pass on my personal appreciation and thanks to all the auto service staff at Lafreniere. To say their work and their professionalism they extend is impressive would be an understatement. I have only started bringing my vehicle for servicing at Lafreniere over the last few months but I am at the point in which I will go no where else. The honesty and indisputable care for the customer displayed at the service department is nothing less than remarkable and to be quite honest refreshing. There have even been times where I needed last minute maintenance done to my vehicle and I have just shown up and instead of being turned away and being told to make an appointment they have taken my vehicle straight in and gotten to job done right away. Being in the military I have gone to alot of dealerships and maintenance shops all over Canada (including maintenance shops here in the local area) to have work done on my past vehicles and I can assure you and anyone else who reads this email that by far Lafreniere is the best service department I have ever experienced.

    If you want excellent prices, first-rate work, honesty and sincerity, Lafreniere is the place to go. Alot of the places I have gone to seem to pride themselves on what they call customer satisfaction but alot of the times they are just hollow words in trying and get your business. At your service department it is a family, team orientated section that prides itself on the very fact of reliable work and looking after the customer and for that I thank you. One last point could you also pass on my thank you to Kody, one of your mechanic's who is a professional to the fullest degree and is one of the reason's your service department is great.

Just wanted to drop you a line to tell you how pleased I am with my recent purchase.  The Ford Ranger is great.  I am very happy that I followed your advice over the other vehicle I had been looking at as in hindsight it would not have sufficed.
 
In searching for the vehicle I had been to several dealerships including yours and I have to tell say you were the most accomodating both before and following the purchase.  Sounds like a line...but great service and great price!

Just had my 2011 Edge detailed (exterior) by Dean, and am very pleased with the result. I had some kind of tree sap or over spray of some sort over the entire exterior. I know it was a very difficult task, and I appreciate the dedication of your employee to clean this vehicle!

Over the years,i have purchased many autos,both new and used. I am in my 70s now and I have never experienced repeat never experienced

An automotive dealer like yours.  From the day we purchased our dodge caliber from your sales rep Brad to our dealings with Ken and his group in the service department ,it has been a joy to come  to this dealership. the people are very friendly and courteous .Thursday of this week we had our car in so Dean could do his magic detail service on our car. We have had the car for over a year now and he made it look like the day we bought it from Lafreniere auto sales .From the time we dropped the car off to Kody and Dean we were treated like someone special. The car was ready as promised,at the price quoted and Kody went out of  his way to make sure we had another set of wheels to run our errands and do the things we had to do.  What a team of people to deal with. We are preparing  to move from Wasaga Beach to Barrie but we will continue to come back to Lafreniere in Stayner  for the great service and who knows maybe another car, from Brad.  At park place in Wasaga were we used to live i have been pushing your name and reputation .On our street the Boardwalk there is  5 or 6 driveways with Lafreniere stickers on the back of the cars a testament  to Lafreniere  auto sales, and to the lafreniere family ,hold on to this team, you have a winner...
